The clips are avaible as spare parts. Depending of the year they were made the partnumber is
FH-RE002 up to '98 and HB-RE102 '99+

The rubber ball is probably in the grease hole, you can order these clips but I would just slide
the clip back into place and ride. These 'oil/grease' holes are nice for mid season grease
inserttion but does not substitute for a hub OVH, which is really easy with these-2.5mm allen, two
5mm allen-
