I have the chance to purchase a bike in mint condition with Record components. The seller said it is a custom built Trek that he outfitted when he had it built with Record components. My question is, what changes (aesthetically or otherwise) were made between these 2 years in the components that would help me identify if this is a 2004 or 2005 model year bike/gruppo?
