  1. ...we did this at the weekend, and I can highly recommend it for families/leisurely bimble/riding
side by side having a chat sort of riding, as the path was good, wide, and hardly anyone else
around. It looks like there's been a decent wedge spent on the path, and its seriously
underutilised. The only hitch (or rather 'unhitch'😉 was that the anti-moped gates/stiles means
disconnecting the trailer to get it through (but at least we didn't have to lift it)(andwe only had
to do this once just outside Woolwich and again if we'd have gone past Crossness Poo Engines, which
we didn't). I seriously underestimated the extra work involved with towing 2 kids, and so the next
day had visions of ringing Thora Hird to order a stair lift. Next time we're going to try upstream
towards Greenwich and the Dome, or start at Crossness and go further downstream.
