Recipes for George Foreman contact roaster (ribs) ?

We picked up a George Foreman "Lean, mean contact
roasting machine."

The included recipe book is pretty skimpy. We have some
country ribs that we wanted to try in the roaster, but don't
know how to prepare them or how long to cook them.

Anyone done this?

Or...since the roaster has a preset temperature (what *is*
that temperature, anyway), does anyone know of a conversion
chart for cooking times of standard recipes?
