Hi All,
Where to find recipes for an airgrill (smc air grill AG-1500),
and how userfriendly is such an airgrill ?
Is it a "must" or what can I replace it with in a normal kitchen?
thanks,
Stef

I googled and couldn't get any description or close up photo for it.
Their web site only shows it in a row with vaccuum cleaners. Is it
similar in funtion to the "flavourwave oven"???

the air grill is similar to the jet stream oven so Try googling on that.
I, myself would replace it with a convection toaster oven. Or contact
the SMC company they made it as well as ceiling fans, (GE)microwave
ovens and vacuums etc...they're in Hong Kong.
It looks like it does many things poorly and none well. It is sold in
infomercials up here. Not that all infomercial stuff is [censored]. But this
looks it.
Thanks for the answers,
I got the airgrill recipe question myself,
I didn't know what the device was,
and seeing it on a picture next to vacuumcleaners,
sounds like a creative engineering idea.
What is a "flavourwave" oven?
What is a "jetstream" oven?
And what is a "convection toaster oven"?
(my english vocabulary gets confused here...)
Is it all similar to a normal "oldfashion" convection oven,
with a very powerfull fan in it?
(kind of what is sold here in Malaysia for normal use in a family
kitchen)
Thanks,
Stef

The Flavourwave oven is round, made with unbreakable ??? glass??? It
has a heat/fan/ultraviolet unit in the top that circulates the heat.
The top lifts off and there are racks to put the food on. It's meant as
a counter top appliance and is sold on infomercials. You can google and
see it.....hth....Sharon
