Someone took 2 full size ritz crackers, put creamy peanut butter
between them and then dipped them in melted chocolate bark. People
loved them. I had never heard of them but then I don't care for
peanut butter. They said they were easy and very fun to make them
with their kids.

We made these recently using Wheat Thins instead of Ritz, per the recipe
posted here by Damsel. They are awesome. They taste a lot like those
Tagalong (or is it Tagalog?) Girl Scout cookies. I made them, but I think
my kids would have enjoyed helping. My son plans to make some for his
teachers sometime after Christmas (he already had gifts for them by the time
I made these).Definitely yummy! I used milk chocolate chips with a little shortening
mixed in. All melted, of course. -

I make these every summer when were spending a week at the beach. My kids
and people who come to visit think I've just slaved to make these pretty and
delicious treat. I use my teaspoon sized cookie scoop to measure the peanut
butter out quickly.Lynne
