Dear Lo-Carbers,
I was playing around in the kitchen yesterday and came up with this very
low carb frosty coffee drink, surprisingly close to the "$3.50 Drink" at
Star-r-r....well, you know where!
"No-Carbuccino"
1/2 c. shaved ice (from my Sno-Cone maker)
1 tsp. freeze-dried coffee (instant)
splash whipping cream (to taste)
splash DaVinci sugar-free vanilla syrup (to taste)
Fill container with shaved ice. Add other ingredients. Whiz in a blender
(I used my Braun stick blender) until drink is foamy and frothy.
