  1. Nancy's Cranberry Sauce

1 bag (16 ounce) fresh cranberries washed and picked over
1 cup Hood's orange "juice" or use a cup of prepared orange drink
    1 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup erythritol
    1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp guar gum or xanthan gum (optional)

Boil in a 2 qt saucepan for about 20-25 minutes. Berries will pop and the
sauce will thicken. Cranberries have a natural pectin and will thicken some
without the vegetable gums but I like mine thicker. Everyone in my family
loves this. Happy Thanksgiving! FTR, you can freeze this although I doubt
    you'll have any left over🙂
