  1. Serves 3

    1.3 pounds of swordfish steaks

    Marinade:

1/4 cup of Carb Options Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce
    2 tbs minced red onion
    2 tbs lemon juice
    1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tbs A1 Original Steak Sauce
    1 minced/pressed garlic clove

Marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Turn the steaks at least twice
during this time, shake them to recover the tops too!

When ready to cook, shake off and reserve the excess BBQ sauce (not hard,
you want some on the fish, but just enough so they're not drippy), and toss
on a George Foreman or a regular grill or a broiler pan. Cook until done.
While fish is cooking, add 1/2 cup water to the marinade left in the bowl
and what you shook off the fish, and bring to a boil. Boil/simmer down
until it's about the consistency of gravy.
