rebuild suspension fork myself?

The oil sits lose in the fork for lubrication. I don't know if you'll need
an overhaul, it depends on how much leaked out. Look at the Rock Shox web
site for their manuals and service intervals and decide for yourself whether
you want to tackle this job.

I hang my bike by the rear wheel to keep this from happening.
