  1. I have a bike with a set of wheels that I'm training with but want to replace it with another set of Tubulars for my first ever triathlon.

Is there a website that can show me how to do this?

How is the cog attached to the hub and if so, do I need to do a ton of work to replace my rear wheel or bring it to my LBS?

    THanks for advice.
