I have an old mountain bike that is missing the back right V-Brake
mount. This is an off-brand frame(Reflex by Easton) that is no longer
made. The brake mount was a bolt-on and looks like it was designed
specifically for this frame. My question is are there after market
bolt-on or clamp-on brake mounting kits?

Go to www.danscomp.com Click on Bike Parts - Brakes Accessories, down at the bottom is the V-Brake plate.
It mounts in the hole for old cantilever brakes, can also be clamped to the frame if you don't have that option.
