Saul Raisin visits alama mater promoting cycling
I think it's great that Saul did this, and they got that many kids in
to listen to him. Yeah I know that lots of them don't give a [censored], but
just being able to have a chance to sell the sport to that large a
bunch of kids is great.
We had Alicia Genest offer to do that for us here but at that point the
schools weren't cooperating much so we couldn't get it together.
We haven't graduated any kids to serious racing yet, but a couple of
the other efforts in the region have and that's great. Looks like all
of the youth efforts here are becoming firmly established and growing,
maybe we can start catching up to California sometime.
