I expressed this poorly.
What I should have said is: "don't let someone's "fastness" factor into
how you treat them".
Of course I used to somewhat subscribe to the "fast guy" thing and took
advantage of local Freds who would treat me differently than they would
a Cat 5, but now that I've been out of racing for awhile, I realize how
absurd the behavior is.
It's only cycling. In the end, the fast guys are just people, as are
the slow guys.
