No I am not a big fan of walnuts. What I meant in my post was not a pesto with sausage, but as the seasoning to make the sausage. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hmmm... pesto with sausage. Very interesting thought. It would probably be good. Do you just not like the walnuts? The sausage might go well with the walnuts.
