    A link to http://www.bromptonbicycle.co.uk/ would do the job.
    Looking at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/External_links, would it count
    as an "official site" overriding the "advertising or selling a product"?

    Maybe specifically to
    http://www.bromptonbicycle.co.uk/index.cfm?fuseaction=ownerinfo.foldingguide
    though that's more likely to change than a top level link.
