  1. Riding on the wrong side of the road is dangerous.
When riding on the wrong side of the road you cannot say "I was doing
nothing wrong" and are automatically at fault just riding there.

When I'm approaching somebody head on, it always makes me wonder if he
has a brain in his head and I wonder which way the dumb sith is going to
    move.

When riding a bike I usually just hold my line and watch the idiot panic.

IMO the only thing stupider than riding against traffic flow is to do it
    at night without lights.

    Practice looking over your shoulder.

I'm always confused that there is any argument over this: If cyclist want to
be seen as legitimate road users like any other vehicle, use the road like
any other vehicle. If cyclists want to be regarded as akin pedestrians, use
    the road like a pedestrian.

Riding on the wrong side of the road is wrong in every way.

In my exeperience in the Southeastern Penna area around Philadelphia,
that is a recipe for injury or worse.

If I were going to use the roads "like any other vehicle" around here
I'd ride the biggest bicycle available, peel out at green lights, creep
through red ones, exceed the speed limit by at least 20MPH at all times,
(40MPH at night) hit every curb in town, and toss cigarette butts and
beer bottles onto the sidewalks every so often. Then I'd park like I'm
    cross-eyed and illiterate.
I think I'll stick with my own personal rebellion at stand clear of
    all that.
