I have had a Sirrus Elite for about two years and am very happy with it.
It is a very versatile machine which I often fit with lights,
mudguards and so on. The wheels are not narrow, they are fitted with
narrow tyres. Mine currently has 28s, but will happily take 32s if you
want wider tyres for some reason (although the 28s have happily taken me
over most firm surfaces).
I can't compare it with the others you mentioned.
