Perhaps you should pick the shop, then let them help you pick the bike. If you
get into cycling, you'll likely spend more than you'd guess on accessories and
such. A few dollars/pounds on a bike isn't as important over the long haul.
I'm 6'10", so I have a *very* hard time finding anything that fits )but I
still ride stock bikes). 6'3" isn't too far off the norm and you should be
fairly easily fit with stock sizes, perhaps with swaps of stem & seatpost,
etc. Again, the shop is critical in getting you set up properly.
