Eat it <G>... Seriously, try a stir fry with it. Or, I do kabobs on the
grill with them sometimes. I'll brush them lightly with a little olive oil
or spray them with a butter spray. Then I lightly coat them with a little
lemon pepper and some of Mrs Dash's garlic/herb blend. You can adjust the
seasonings to your own taste of course.

    Yum! :-)

Use double skewers for the kebabs if you want to keep the shrimp from
spinning around when you turn them. Add a few slices of portabello
mushrooms and some short pieces of asparagus.

Use an italian dressing as a pre-grill marinade.

Grilled shrimp are do die for!

    Great idea Michael!
I might give grilled shrimp kebabs a shot the next weekend I'm off of
    work...

Ohhh... I've never thought of an Italian type dressing to marinade them.
I'll have to give it a try next time. I've used the portabellos and
asparagus before. For a different taste, stab some red pepper chunks along
    with the shrimp 😉

    Michael

    What type of red pepper?
    Bell? Ripe Chiles? Habanero? <lol>
So many varieties, and Bell does not sit
too well. Not sure why but it just does
    not agree with me....

Sections of onions are also good on Kebabs.
    Also pineapple chunks.

I was thinking more on the lines of a ripe chile. Something that would add
flavor but not so much heat as to overpower the flavor in the shrimp.
<shrug> I dunno, maybe try several different kinds to see what happens Oh,
and some fresh lime juice would be a necessity.

    Michael

    And tequila...... <lol>

I use Zesty Italian salad dressing. Avoid the fat free, use the real thing.
