Thanks. It's actually not been that horrible -- I've messed with the
website, read a couple of books, and my kids and husband are home on break
anyway, so it's just a matter of keeping the sinuses clear and having
sufficient naps.

No doubt your family is properly doting on you, maybe bringing
you hot lemon & honey, 'n all that.

Anyway, on your Basic Bicycle Meditation page I noticed the
picture overlaps the text on the right. Just a little.
