Seems the consensus is, when you get swollen ankles and retain too much
water - you're not drinking enough water? I think I drink plenty. But
apparently not. After a full day I come home and have swollen ankles that
got a lot worse after starting induction.I walk a lot at work. Possibly a couple of miles or so. But I do get to
sit in front of the PC as well. This ankle business has been getting
worse.

Please advise from personal experiences. Perhaps, natural remedies?
Herbs?

Appreciate all inputs.

Hi Steve,
For me water has a part in it but is not everything. I also have to keep my
sodium down because if I even have soy sauce (1 tsp) I bloat to the point of
my rings hurting. When I do eat some extra salt or feel extra bloat I eat a
natural diuretic such as asparagus. If you want more info on swollen ankles,
water retention or natural diuretics I did a search and here are some sites
Steve if you only read two pages please read the first two. Swollen ankles
can be your body saying hey get to the DR.
