I've got a PowerWing 600 with Shimano 600 components. It looks just like this one (http://www.softride.com/product.asp?p=20) except, of course, it has 700c wheels. As you most likely know, the effective top tube length depends on where on the beam you place the saddle seat clamp. I've set this one at 23" but it can be lengthened/shortened.
I'm 6' 2" and the PowerWing is too small for me. I got the Classic Beam Seat Height Adjuster but it was still too short. I now ride a RoadRocket.
