apparently an attempt to confuse readers and embarass some third party.

The poster should be identified and reported for abuse to his ISP's. If
his ISP's are not interested in stopping this, they should be blacklisted.
It takes some work to do this. Please keep in mind the levels of
possible exposure that each of us has with respect to scams like this,
while we are using the internet.
Needless to say, this has no place on a public network, and no
relationship at all to most or all of the NG's to which it has been posted
(9 of them). Crossposting to 9 NG's is also considered SPAM by most
ISP's.
