I just bought a pair for my Kilimanjaro trip this september.
not had chance to use them yet.
Can anyone guide me to roughly the correct height to set the poles at,
    for the most efficient use.
    I'm just over 6'2" tall

    Try this link http://www.personal.dundee.ac.uk/~pjclinch/poles.htm

I'm sure he post on here too, so he's you'r guy for pole advice.
Been following the advice on there about how to use them. Had a good walk
today, and i was stopping more often because my arms were hurting on the
uphill sections! My legs were great. And, most importantly, knee pain on
    descent was minimal.
