(within the last year or so) and he is still running up and down his
local fell. ISTR he was 70 and weighed in at just 9 1/2 stone. His light
weight may go some way to explaining why he has always been extremely
fleet of foot.

Ah, I eventually succumbed and watched it;-) Joss 'ain't altered that much
since I saw him last! I weigh about the same, but can't compete with his
phenomenal stamina etc. A great fell runner who never trained;-)
