  1. Depends on what you like better. I personally try to avoid heavy cold
    weather sweating, though sometimes it can't be avoided. Even with wicking
    fabrics, you can get chilled if drenched. Also if you have bad skin
    sweating in the cold on exposed skin can make it worse. If I'm sweating
    lightly after about 30 mins, then I've chosen the right layers. -T
