think using Firefox means they are safe from all hacking. It ain't so
and as Firefox gets more popular it will attract ever more hacking
efforts. It may turn out to be no more secure than IE (especially if
it tries to be as interactive as IE).

Highly unlikely since it's not a Microsoft product and not part
of the Windows OS.

Microsoft deserves to suffer for a while just because they've spent so
much effort making [censored] stuff on purpose.

Also, Opera is a pretty nifty browser, so that's something else you
might want to check out.

BTW, isn't Apache also the most popular webserver out there? Is it
more insecure and more hackable simply because it's more popular?

Firefox is doing better than developers dreamed. But software update is
supposed to work just fine in the newest version (1.0.1), so I see no
reason not to update it regularly. Not a big deal.
