Hi, I have been doing some calisthenics 2-3 times a week for 9-10
    months
now. My main purpose is to prevent any possible injuries that may
    occur
    in my triathlon training.

I prefer calisthenics since I do not like going to gym and lift
    weights.
I do all kinds of leg and trunk exercises, but for the upper parts I
only do push-ups. I do not have any bars to make pull-ups.

Do you have any suggestions to work shoulders, lats, or other upper
    body
    muscles without using weights?

http://www.kbnj.com/nw.htm - Pavel's "Naked Warrior" book, which focuses
on the one-legged squat and the one-armed pushup. The one-armed pushup
(and the book gives detailed suggestions on how to work up to being able
to do this) is a great choice for the upper body.
