Main thing is doing what you like so you'll keep doing it. And, changing things around is always good. In a year, you may be back to weights as your priority. It's all good.
Yeah, I find that I change my goals every couple of seasons. This might sound flighty, but generally it's because I MET the previous goal and I'm raising the bar. Or adjusting it to suit my new situation, in this case.

Or wanting to experience new things? And it's not that you leave the other activities. They just aren't your "primary" activity. MA was my primary activity for years. Now it's weights and running, but I still do MA twice a week. -- -Larry
