    I WON! I WON!....d'uh!....
    Turns out the security officer had no right to interpret the law...
    and if in doubt words in a certain bylaw take they're normal grammatical
    meaning unless previously defined...

    Turns out the no bicycling laws apply to unicycles and we are therefor
    diplomaticly imuned!!!....kinda at least....
