If you are an avid runner, grab a copy from your local library or off the book rack - it makes for a fascinating read
The book is by Dean Karnazes. I just got finished reading it yesterday. The book was interesting. However, it was full of hyperbole. Also, I got very weary after 10th time he told us how ripped he was. Since there aren't tons of books on ultra running, you may want to get it. But it's not a good book, IMO.
