most times when i perform these my elbow click is this a bad thing and
how can i stop this from happenin thanx plz reply

What sort of triceps extension are you doing? This one:

    http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/BBTriExt.html

with an focus on keeping the elbow in helps me when my elbow bothers me.
I do it with a kettlebell held by the "horns" but it looks pretty much
the same with a barbell in the animated picture referenced above. This
is one of the exercises shown on Pavel's, "Resilient" see
http://www.kbnj.com/resilient.htm for more - it's got a whole section on
elbows. Try it with and without trying to keep the elbows in as you
press and see if you feel the difference - it'll likely feel harder to
do but better on your elbows if you hold them in, although I couldn't
explain to you. I've got a clicky right elbow but a few reps of this
    usually makes the clicking stop.

I would *not* follow the advice on exrx.net to "Let the barbell Pull the
arm back to maintain full shoulder flexion" - sounds like a good way to
hurt your elbows more to me. I'd just stay tight the whole way through.
