I disagree; I think riding a unicycle on an inclined treadmill requires
pretty much the same amount of effort as riding up a smooth incline,
except for overcoming wind resistance. Riding uphill takes more work
because you are being accelerated down the hill by gravity; that will
happen in the same degree on an inclined treadmill.
