'nother good week. one of my training guidelines is to only try to
increase one thing a week...whether it's total mileage, the length of a
long run, or the intensity of a run...this week was some intensity.
found out on monday during a routine test that I was skipping
heartbeats and that I had a 1st degree heart block. they think that
the skipped beat was the medication + the procedure (vagal tone) + low
resting heart rate (more vagal tone) and that the heart block is
probably from the same, but I get to go for a stress test. should be
fun.
