I'm always amazed by the pace of your long run. Do you save yourself during
the week in order to run long and hard on Sundays? My long run pace is
usually at least a minute per mile slower than marathon pace.

Goals: Local Grand Prix races still. Still trying for 70% or
    better in 10k...

Mon: 6.3 mi @ 9:23 pace. Nice temp. All went well.
    Tue: 6.3 mi @ 9:29 pace. Low 80's F.
Wed: 6.3 mi @ 9:17 pace. High 80's, seemed a little humid, too.
Claude and I both needed today's run for job stress!
Thur: 3.45 mi @ 10:08 pace. mid-80's. Windy. Felt flat today.
    Fri: Rest Day
Sat: 3.45 mi @ 9:36. Cool today, mid-70's at nearly noon. Nice.
But I feel unusually tired. ??
Sun: Cinco de Mayo 10k. 49:36 (YUK!!) Just could NOT get my legs
going. Felt really flat. I don't feel sick, but? I can't
decide whether I should work *really* hard this week or take a
few days off. On the good side, Claude PR'd today!

    Teresa in AZ, yawn.....
