A regular upwrong tandem could probably be manouvered through the
pedestrian gates at the Hampton Hill & Kingston sides of Bushy Park by
sitting it up on its back wheel.
Unfortunately our recumbent tandem trike is too heavy and awkward to
do this with (OK, I managed it once, but nearly ruptured myself doing
it), so we have to use the road gates. Which is annoying, given how
close we live to the Hampton Hill entrance to the park.
