Difficult to do for a surprise gift. Best to make sure there's not going to
be a problem bringing ti back in for a fitting and exchange for something
more appropriate if needed. Once in a while you get into a situation where
there simply isn't anything appropriate, so you refund the money. Not fun on
an expensive bike, but most often things work out.
