There is an whole bunch of unexplained un-understood phenomena still at work in the universe today and all the laws of the universe may yet have to be rewritten to accommodate the new discoveries. We may someday have , as Dr. Stephen Hawkings says, a "Theory of Everything" in which all the present day laws may have to be revised and in which the workings of Rife's and Naessen's microscopes can be shown to be not contrary to the new laws of the universe!--rb

Someday, we may find convenient exceptions to Newton's Laws and everything since Newton.
If so, the NYC subways will become handicapped accessible before the predicted finish in 2211. However, I am counting on developing anti-gravity wheelchairs before then.
