Some members of the public do get genuinely disturbed by the sight of a
unicycle, generally people with quite serious issues.
A couple of days ago I was riding through town and this guy way behind
shouts, very loud and aggressive tone with a slight foreign accent-
'Your bike is [censored]... it is a [censored] bike...'
His tone was so aggressive that I rode on for a while before looking
back. It was obvious from the tone that he was completely serious and
was genuinely offended that I was riding a one-wheeled 'bike'.
I think if he'd been closer it would have been pretty annoying, but, on
this occasion I found it really amusing.
