  1. I'm sorry to hear this! I hope it gets better soon. In my age group
    pretty much everyone had their tonsils removed as a child -- it was the
    common response if you had got tonillitis more than once or twice -- so
    it's unusual for me to hear of this in adults.

    How are you doing? My husband had his tonsillis removed a couple years ago
    when he was 36. Best thing he ever did, once he was recovered. He was
    getting tonsillitis 4 times a year.

    Hope you get better soon and don't get it again.
