    I
let Tam pick most of the food given my nutrition disaster at the Gravity
12hr and we ended up with stacks of stuff that worked out really well for
me. Then went to get pizza and after my sterling effort of finding a

Mmmmm, cheese sangers, sweet chilli twiggy and pickled
onions did it for me - like rocket fuel! And how about those
    Tim Tams....

"Tim Tams" references Tam's Aborigine origins all right, of that I have no
doubt. Why doesn't she just come right out and say it ... Yes, I am an
    Aborigine!

Did another double lap with a bit of a break in between. My back was
starting to get pretty sore by this stage but I did tell Tam that I would
    do
the last lap if she wasn't up to it. Being the trooper that she is (and
because there was no blood to prove she crashed.....Tam's rule, not
    mine!!)
she went out for the final lap.

The scabs are healing nicely, thank you :P Although I did
leave half of the elbow scab on the lane rope at the pool
    last night (I'm no backstroker).

If I am ever in the Outback dying of thirst, I would want Tam there to
search for water as she is an Aborigine and knows how to find it. She would
also know how not to starve to death as she knows vermin from vermin.
Unfortunately for her, she does not know anything about men - except the
    vermin kind of course.

So in total, I did 140km and Tam did 100km......pretty happy with our
results given that we weren't taking the whole thing too seriously
    anyway.
Thanks Tam, I had a blast!!!

You're welcome dude, I had fun too. And you know I was
seriously tempted to send you out on that last lap...

Tam is seriously deranged if she thinks anyone gives a hoot about what she
does or does not do when it comes to cycling. Everyone knows that Aborigines
are not into cycling. Aborigines are into contemplating their navels - and
that is what I am very good at too.

Hey Ed, are you one of those great fat Americans? Can you even find
your navel? Do you hang out pestering us when you're in between visits
to the kitchen and your favourite all-you-can-eat buffet? Have you got
a wife? Is she huge and fat? Have you got kids? Do their friends make
"Your mother is so fat that ... " jokes to them?

Yes, yes ... everyone in the Western world is becoming increasingly fat.
Even the denizens of third world nations are becoming increasingly fat. I
think it is the Western diet that is causing it. As we all get better off,
we eat richer and richer foods and so we get fatter and fatter.

Most Aborigines seem to have very nice pot bellies. Does Tamyka Bell have a
very nice pot belly? We Americans do not like skinny broads.
