I am sick and tired of the marketing spin myself. The commercials, the ads, the all that stuff. I did read a large number of low carb products hit the market this year. I see it for sure.
I do not buy frankenfoods often at all. Every once in awhile I do buy, as a treat. Making sure to read the label well, knowing what I will get myself into. Its mainly sometimes I buy a treat for the kids.
All in all though. I stick with the real food. I stay away from the middle isles still. It don't bother me to walk past the stuff. It don't bother me with the commercials. We laugh at some of the marketing strategies.

And what exactly makes all these LC products deserving of the term "frankenfoods?"
