Canada -- it's close; they have lots of natural gas and oil, and they
speak English. Maybe we can get the indians and Quebequois to join in
with us, eh?. I know we tried this once before, but I think we could
pull it off this time with strong leadership from GWB. I get dibs on
Vancouver and the big swimming pool in Stanley Park -- and a ski condo
