It is London traffic, and I have a suspicion that MTBs for London are a
little bit, well, Kensington and Chelsea 4x4s. You do see people riding
round town with nice mountain bikes and those motorbike-like helmets.
And it conveys all the reallife adventure of picking up Tarquin from
school in a pre-muddied Range Rover.So its a Racer? Now the trouble I had with with race bikes were no
mounts for the panniers. However several nice biks shop owners say that
you can put stays/clips onto the rear forks and fit any panniers I like
so the tourer starts to lose its big advantage.So for me its time to go back to childhood. Racer it is.
