Never mind meeting in a pub, I can assure you that were I standing
on the far side of a group of swans and this ignorant person, the OP
couldn't even be arsed to dismount and walk the bike through a group
of swans - as he admits he's not willing to do, but insists on trying
to ride slowly through them, and in the process quite possible injuring
one or more of the birds, then I can assure you that I would have no
compunction nor hestitation in confronting his infantile behaviour
in any way I thought fit. I would certainly not stand idly by.
In fact on a second reading, his original post desrves even less
courtesy and consideration than I at first afforded it. Although
admittedly I half took it for a troll.
As for yourself "grannyhalfstep", I hate to disappoint you but I would
imagine you have more chance of being elected Pope than you have of
fulfilling your obvious ambition of being chosed to moderate a NewsGroup.
If you really wish to impose your opinions on people and order them about,
might I suggest you first try practicing on the trees in the park ?
