It is worthy of note in that
a) The French lab did not leak anything in regards to Landis
b) If someone at that lab did leak anything in regards to Armstrong, it
was because they were enabled by a leak at the UCI. The UCI had sole
possession of the roster that tied rider's names to the anonymous code
numbers.
c) It has never been established by L'Equipe that the source was at the
lab. It could very well have been 100% UCI-based.
In a worst case sceanrio, the lab is responsible for leaking ONE TIME.
Heck, the Pentagon and White House can't even prevent leaks from
getting out. What makes you think a medical laboratory should be any
different.
