    people have plenty of "fuel" around their butt.

    This is very true. Many years ago I read a article that said modern
    man (the average, sedentary one, not people who WO) only needs two
    meals a day to sustain itself.

    Frequency by itself is not a great measure; sumo wrestlers eat twice a day.
