    There has been a few people who have taken on the same 'diet' of eating
    only at McD's to prove that this movie was a bunch of bs sensationalism
    to make a buck. Here's one link that tells of a person who actually
    lost 18lbs in two months - notice mostly the same factors except (of
    course!)the calories & occasional exercise difference:

    (as if a for profit film is a better source for credible info).
