Why is she on continued induction?
She may very well lose better on OWL (after all, OWL was designed for
ONGOING weight loss)

to do Atkins anymore.
This is one of many reasons people should not stay on induction. Even when
my weight loss slows or doesn't change... I don't feel like giving up,
because what I eat is not difficult to stick to. I feel good. I enjoy the
food and the variety and have no desire to give up Atkins.

make all the meals and if she isn't 11 pounds lighter I will never
again try to convince her to do a low carb diet plan.

leaving just six more pounds for the month?
How do you know that it's water weight?
How do you know that she hasn't actually just been taking in too many
calories because she's stayed on induction too long and has actually gained?
Most likely, her salt/sodium content was higher the past day or two and that
could make a temporary poundage increase. Also, where is she in her monthly
cycle? Most women gain several pounds each month at that time, but if that
is the case it will leave soon.
While I think can be good for people to do Atkins together for support...
keep in mind that people lose weight differently. Some lose faster than
others even when eating the same things and living in the same house. Foods
that trigger cravings for her may be different than those that trigger
cravings for you.
How long has your wife been on Atkins? Did she start the same time you did?
How much does she have to lose?
For helping along weight loss, I would advise that you read up on
transitioning from Induction into OWL and up the veggie intake.
Good luck.
